Rhythm ships to almost any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped outside of the USA.

We offer complimentary shipping on all Australian orders over $100 AUD, excluding only our surfboards and umbrellas. The shipping cost will be displayed in your cart during checkout, together with the value of any discount that is applied to your order. Please note that discount codes cannot be applied on any surfboard purchase.

Please note that we are unable to ship to PO boxes outside of the USA.

Once the postal courier has accepted the goods for delivery, we are no longer responsible for the shipment. Please make sure the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. Rhythm is not liable for any issues such as incorrect address details, shipping delays, or missing, lost, or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the courier. For any delivery-related issues, please contact the courier service directly.

Returns Policy

We want you to love your Rhythm garments, so if you’re not happy with your purchase we are happy to now offer refunds on all full-priced purchases when returned to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase, subject to some limited exclusions.

All sale items are final and are not eligible for refunds, exchange or store credits.

To submit a return please email support@rhythmlivin.com with your name, order number, the item/s you wish to return and reason for return. All return details will be provided via email within 2 business days. Please note that any shipping costs incurred for returning items to Rhythm for a refund or store credit is solely at the customer’s own expense.

AU & NZ Returns - Returns must be directed to Rhythm HQ in Australia.

US, EU & Rest Of World Returns - Returns must be directed to our warehouse location in California.

Please note that items purchased in a Rhythm Flagship store or Stockist must be returned to the store of purchase. Only Online orders can be returned via our Online Store.

International Customs & Duty Charges

Orders shipping outside of the USA may be subject to local import charges, including customs duties and taxes. These charges are not covered by Rhythm and are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs policies vary widely, and charges are applied once the order reaches its destination country.

Before shopping online with Rhythm, please check with your local customs office to understand any additional importation fees that may apply. We cannot mark orders as "gifts" to avoid or reduce any custom fees.
