    Returns Policy

    We want you to love your Rhythm garments, so if you’re not happy with your purchase we are happy to now offer refunds on all full-priced purchases when returned to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase, subject to some limited exclusions.

    All sale items are final and are not eligible for refunds, exchange or store credits.

    To submit a return please email support@rhythmlivin.com with your name, order number, the item/s you wish to return and reason for return. All return details will be provided via email within 2 business days. Please note that any shipping costs incurred for returning items to Rhythm for a refund or store credit is solely at the customers own expense. All returns must be directed to Rhythm HQ in Australia for processing.

    In the event that you're not happy with your full-priced Rhythm garments, we are pleased to offer a refund in accordance with our "Returns and Exchanges" terms, which can be found within our FAQ's. Please note that this applies to full-priced purchases only, not sale styles.

    Please note that items purchased in a Rhythm Flagship store must be returned to the store of purchase. Only Online orders can be returned via our Online Store.

    International Customs & Duty Charges

    Orders shipping outside of Australia may be subject to local import charges. Customs policies vary widely, with customs or import duties being charged once the order reaches its destination country. Rhythm cannot be held responsible for any additional charges as Customs & Duty charges are controlled by the local government at the destination of import.
